Leenzy is committed to ensuring your satisfaction when you purchase from us. We want you to love your Leenzy Juttis as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with the fit of your purchase, we are more than happy to exchange within 7 days of purchase. In case the desired size is not available with us, you could order another design of the same price. We do not offer refunds.
Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of the purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
We reserve all right to inspect the condition of the Juttis before processing any returns and exchanges.
Juttis bought on SALE cannot be exchanged.
Return & Exchange
To complete your return, please follow the following steps:-
1. You can Whatsapp us at +60103914969 or email us at admin@leenzymalaysia.com. Provide us your name, contact no, design & size received and desired size for exchange.
2. Once approved, please courier the Juttis back to us to the address provided in our Whatsapp / Email. Please send a note with details of your name, contact number and desired size for exchange.
3. We will confirm with you once we have received the courier and confirm the size for the exchange.
4. The exchanged Juttis will be couriered back to your address.
